We collect only non-personal, minimal information essential for the Service’s core functionality, stability, and support:

• Basic App Diagnostics & Crash Reports: Anonymous data related to app crashes, connection failures, and performance issues to help us troubleshoot and ensure a Fast & Stable experience. This may include device type, OS version, and SwiftVPN app version. You can opt out of sharing diagnostic data in the app settings.
• Aggregate, Anonymous Analytics: We use third-party services (such as Google Firebase Analytics) to collect completely anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature adoption, country-level connection counts). This data cannot be traced back to any individual user.
• Optional Customer Support Information: If you contact us for support, we will collect your email address and the content of your communication to assist you.

3. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the core VPN service.
• Ensuring network and service performance (Stability), and diagnosing technical issues.
